Tag Wear delivers orders across Pakistan through third-party courier services.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after they are received and confirmed. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or during high-volume sale periods may require additional processing time.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after confirmation. Delivery to remote or difficult-to-reach locations may take longer.

Shipping Charges

Applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout before the order is completed. Promotional free-shipping offers, where available, will be subject to the conditions stated in the offer.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and locations in Pakistan. Please provide an active phone number and complete address to avoid delivery delays.

Delivery Attempts

The courier may contact you before delivery. If the customer is unavailable, provides an incomplete address, or cannot be reached, the courier may make another attempt or return the parcel.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please make sure your name, phone number, city and complete delivery address are correct before placing an order. Tag Wear cannot guarantee successful delivery where incorrect or incomplete information has been provided.

Delays

Courier delays can occasionally occur because of weather, public holidays, operational issues, road closures or other circumstances outside our control. We will assist where possible, but courier transit times are estimates rather than guarantees.
